  1. Vehicle Preparation Requirements

All vehicles must be cleared of personal possessions, including but not limited to clothing, bags, electronics, tools, and loose items in the boot/cargo area. Vehicles must also be free of excessive debris, including rubbish, food waste, or hazardous materials. If the vehicle has not been properly cleared prior to arrival, we may charge an additional fee or refuse service, in which case the cancellation fee will apply.

  1. Deposits

A deposit of 30% may be required to secure all bookings, 50% deposit on all details over the service value of £100. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled by us. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if agreed and accepted by Autogleam.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee for the full service charge. If we arrive and are unable to carry out the service due to lack of access, unsafe working conditions, the vehicle not being cleared, or a no-show, the booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with more than 72 hours’ notice.

  1. Inspection and Price Adjustment

All prices quoted prior to arrival are estimates based on the information provided. We reserve the right to adjust the final price after an on-site inspection if the vehicle’s condition differs from the description provided. This includes excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, heavy soiling, biohazards, or unusual contaminants. Any price adjustment will be discussed before work begins. Declining the updated price will result in a cancellation fee.

  1. Service Conditions

You must ensure there is suitable space for us to operate safely. We are not liable for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

  1. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects revealed during cleaning. Before/after photos may be taken for quality and insurance purposes.

7. Weather Conditions

In unsafe weather conditions, we may reschedule at our discretion. Deposits will be transferred to the new appointment.

8. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion and representation of invoices, unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or card.
