This specific vehicle in questions is a cheap run around. The owner mistakenly used an aggressive scouring pad to try and remove some tar spots from the vehicle. It certainly removed the tar spots, but also left abrasions upon the clear coat. Can these be polished out? Yes they can, and in this case to a finish were no markings were left on the car.

Everyone has a budget and usually it’s relative to the value of the item in question. Sometimes there is sentimental value which can distort a budget, but generally jobs are fulfilled within the former consideration.
